1.- Why dreampop?
Dreampop is a beautiful platform for indie dream pop artists to showcase their songs for the dreamers and aspiring artists of the world!
2.- How did you meet (if there are several) and if you are a soloist: How did you start your creative solo process?
I had always hummed melodies and wrote out lyrics while I was working my corporate job. My process started out of a desperate need to express myself. When I was living in Hong Kong, I bought my first keyboard and started learning how to play the music to my melodies/lyrics. I have been writing songs since I got my first journal when I was 10 years old, but I didn’t take it seriously until my late twenties. The first step is the hardest. The rest will flow and there will be ups and downs.
3.- Where do you frequently create (your) music? In which space (s)? And how do you invest your (their) times in creation?
Usually in my room late at night or early in the morning. When I have the least outside noise coming in from the world. I think it’s really easy to let the day make an impression on you and make you feel insecure. So I enjoy writing alone as I wake up or before bed for that reason. Living in Nashville has given me the opportunity to co-write with other artists so recently I have been creating songs together with friends.
4.- Do you (s) already have live concerts? What are the most important and where did they go?
I am just starting to perform ticketed events in the city I live in. I also perform my songs out at writers rounds with other aspiring artists. I hope to do a show overseas in the future!
5.- What do you think is the ep or hit song of your band and why?
The next one haha! Always the next one. Striving to be better.
6.- What references did you take to create your music?
I try to be original and not build my tracks off another artist. Lana Del Rey, Taylor Swift and Robyn have been huge influences for me. Taylor Swift and I were born on the same day!
7.- Any anecdote in a band or soloist’s live performance or show
The feedback I get is that i am very “moody”
8.- What do you enjoy most of your music?
Expressing myself and being the most honest I have ever been. Sharing it with strangers.
9.- What do you think about the creation of the Dream Dream pop platform? Do you think (s) that this space is necessary?
I think Dream Dream Pop is empowering artists and giving a necessary platform for this niche genre
10.- A message that you want (want) to deliver or free words from the band to the readers
Follow your heart. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Lean on loved ones.

1.- ¿Por qué dreampop?
¡Dreampop es una hermosa plataforma para que los artistas indie dream pop muestren sus canciones a los soñadores y aspirantes a artistas del mundo!
2.- Cómo os conocisteis (si son varios) y si sois solistas: ¿Cómo empezasteis vuestro proceso creativo en solitario?
Siempre había tarareado melodías y escrito letras mientras trabajaba en mi trabajo corporativo. Mi proceso comenzó por una necesidad desesperada de expresarme. Cuando vivía en Hong Kong, compré mi primer teclado y comencé a aprender a tocar la música con mis melodías/letras. He estado escribiendo canciones desde que obtuve mi primer diario cuando tenía 10 años, pero no me lo tomé en serio hasta finales de los veinte. El primer paso es el más difícil. El resto fluirá y habrá altibajos.
3.- ¿Dónde creas (tu) música con frecuencia? ¿En qué espacio(s)? ¿Y cómo inviertes tu (su) tiempo en la creación?
Por lo general, en mi habitación a altas horas de la noche o temprano en la mañana. Cuando tengo el menor ruido exterior procedente del mundo. Creo que es muy fácil dejar que el día te impresione y te haga sentir inseguro. Así que disfruto escribiendo solo cuando me despierto o antes de acostarme por esa razón. Vivir en Nashville me ha dado la oportunidad de coescribir con otros artistas, así que recientemente he estado creando canciones junto con amigos.
4.- ¿Ya tienes conciertos en vivo? ¿Cuáles son los más importantes y a dónde fueron?
Estoy empezando a realizar eventos con boleto en la ciudad en la que vivo. También interpreto mis canciones en rondas de escritores con otros artistas aspirantes. ¡Espero hacer un show en el extranjero en el futuro!
5.- ¿Cuál crees que es el ep o tema de éxito de tu banda y por qué?
El siguiente jaja! Siempre el siguiente. Esforzándose por ser mejor.
6.- ¿Qué referencias tomaste para crear tu música?
Trato de ser original y no construir mis pistas a partir de otro artista. Lana Del Rey, Taylor Swift y Robyn han sido grandes influencias para mí. ¡Taylor Swift y yo nacimos el mismo día!
7.- Cualquier anécdota en vivo o espectáculo de una banda o solista
El feedback que recibo es que estoy muy “malhumorado”
8.- ¿Qué es lo que más disfrutas de tu música?
Expresándome y siendo lo más honesto que he sido. Compartiendo con extraños.
9.- ¿Qué opinas sobre la creación de la plataforma pop Dream Dream? ¿Piensa(n) que este espacio es necesario?
